Jenna Michele Black is currently an opera performance major in the school of music at the University of Oklahoma. Most recently she performed the role of Le Feu (The Fire) in Ravel's L'enfant et les sortileges, and is currently looking forward to working with artist in residence Marilyn Horne. As her masters program comes to a close, she is overwhelmed with gratitude for the training and encouragement she has received, and is looking forward to the future with great anticipation as she begins to spread her wings outside of academia.
